As a consequence of Danmarks Nationalbank's lowering of key interest rates on Thursday, May 7, 2009, Danske Bank Denmark lowers its interest rates on variable-rate loans and deposits by up to 0.60 of a percentage point.

The changes will take effect on Monday, May 25, 2009.

On May 11, 2009, an interest-rate lowering of 0.35 of a percentage point will take effect for loans on which the rate is directly linked to Danmarks Nationalbank's rates. This change concerns Danske Prioritet Plus, for example. The interest rate on these loans was lowered by 0.25 of a percentage point following Danmarks Nationalbank's most recent interest-rate lowering, with effect from April 3, 2009.
