The last of the three major credit rating agencies, Standard & Poor's, has assigned an AAA rating to Danish banks’ debt obligations covered by the guarantee provided by the Danish government.

This rating makes it possible for the Danske Bank Group to issue bonds in the international markets. When this will happen depends on a number of factors, especially the actual market situation.
